This 30-credit, practitioner-oriented degree is geared toward educational professionals
in the commonwealth, nation, and world. Specifically, we will effectively prepare
educational professionals affiliated with grades pre-k through 12 to provide equitable
services focusing evidence-based practices to support children and youth. Topics covered
include special education law, behavior management, assessment, effective instruction,
culturally responsive teaching, among others.
