The Office of Student Financial Planning is dedicated to helping students and their families manage the costs of a Juniata education through scholarships, grants, advice, and information about other resources and means by which the cost of education can be met. At Juniata, we are committed to affordability, knowing that families are making an investment in financing their education.
Juniata was named by Forbes as one of “25 Private Colleges that Give Out Generous Financial Aid.”
Juniata is ranked #16 for “Top Performers on Social Mobility” and #55 for “Best Value Schools” in the United States according to US News.
In the most recent academic year, Juniata awarded more than $45 million in scholarships and grants. All domestic students who are accepted to Juniata will be awarded a merit scholarship.
We also have an exceptionally low default rate of 0.9%, compared to the national average of 11.5%. This means that 99% of our students achieve outcomes that make their debt manageable. In short, we strive to ensure that we help families maximize the use of resources available to them.
